Samwell Cleary

Samwell Cleary is a third year Ph.D. student in the IFSN lab. His research aims to examine the impression formation of androgynous faces and the way in which androgyny can disrupt spontaneous binary gender categorization. He is also interested in how transgender identity is conceptualized and how that impacts non-normative gender perception. Samwell received his B.S. in neuroscience at the University of Delaware. In his free time, Samwell enjoys ceramics, hiking, and creative writing. Pronouns: He/him/ze/zir. Expected Graduation 2028.
